Rust-Oleum 9100 System <340 VOC DTM Epoxy Mastic Silver Gray is an advanced epoxy system designed for direct-to-metal (DTM) applications, as well as for use on tightly adhered rust, concrete floors, and pools. This high solids, next generation polyamine converted epoxy minimizes surface preparation and applies seamlessly to metal and rust, offering a self-priming, single coat solution that delivers a service life comparable to multiple coats of competing epoxies. It features maximum corrosion protection, exceptional long-term solvent, chemical, and abrasion resistance, and outstanding impact resistance. The product has a convenient 1:1 mixing ratio of base and activator, which ensures versatility, as the base formula is compatible with all activators, including standard, immersion, low temperature, or fast cure, while maintaining VOC levels of <340 g/L or <250 g/L.
