Rust-Oleum 9100 System <340 VOC DTM Epoxy Mastic White is a versatile epoxy system designed for direct-to-metal (DTM) applications, direct-to-tightly adhered rust, concrete floors, pools, and more. This high solids, next-generation polyamine converted epoxy minimizes preparation work, allowing for direct application to metal and tightly adhered rust. It features a self-priming, single coat that offers a service life equivalent to multiple coats of competitive epoxy, providing maximum corrosion protection alongside superior long-term solvent, chemical, and abrasion resistance, as well as outstanding impact resistance. The kit includes a convenient 1:1 mixing ratio of base and activator, enhancing versatility. The base formula is compatible with all activators, including standard, immersion, low temperature, or fast cure, maintaining a VOC level of less than 340 g/L or 250 g/L.
