Rust-Oleum 9100 System <340 VOC DTM Epoxy Mastic Safety Yellow is a versatile epoxy system designed for direct-to-metal (DTM) application, tightly adhered rust, concrete floors, pools, and more. This high solids, next generation polyamine converted epoxy minimizes prep work by allowing direct application to metal and rusted surfaces. It features a self-priming formula that provides a service life equivalent to multiple coats of competitive epoxy, offering maximum corrosion protection and superior long-term solvent, chemical, and abrasion resistance. The epoxy boasts outstanding impact resistance and has a convenient 1:1 mixing ratio of base and activator. The versatile base formula is compatible with all activators (standard, immersion, low temp, or fast cure) at VOC levels of <340 g/L or <250 g/L.
