Its overlapping cover design, full welded corners on both the cover and curb, EPDM rubber gasket, and fully insulated cover and curb work together to ensure weathertightness and energy efficiency. Heavy gauge construction and a positive latching mechanism enhance building security. Additionally, the curb incorporates the Bil-Clip® flashing system, an innovative method designed for quickly and easily securing single-ply roofing material to Bilco roof products, and is specifically designed for installation over steep or ship-type stairs.
