The overlapping cover design, coupled with full welded corners on both the cover and curb, an EPDM rubber gasket, and a fully insulated cover and curb, ensures weathertightness and energy efficiency. Constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, this kit promises many years of trouble-free, dependable service, while its heavy gauge construction and positive latching mechanism maintain building security. Additionally, the curb incorporates the BIL-CLIP® flashing system, which allows for the quick and easy securing of single-ply roofing material to BILCO roof products.
