The industrial portable air conditioner includes a high-pressure condensate pump for 24/7 operation, making it ideal for economical spot cooling in industrial plants, server rooms, hospitals, and offices, particularly where electrical equipment generates significant heat. With a balanced airflow design, it vents through the ceiling using an optional installation kit, provides fresh room air, efficiently cools, and operates without freezing even during continuous use. The unit is mobile, featuring casters (2 swivel with brakes and 2 rigid), and comes with a high-pressure pump capable of 20' of head pressure to effectively remove condensate. It is equipped with a line cord and plug for straightforward installation and is ETL listed. Key features include its compact design, a wide operating range of 60°F to 110°F, UL and CSA compliance with ETL and CETL listings, and the exclusive Kwikool's I/O integral condenser which allows ductable inlet and outlets without the need for additional kits. The multi-function microprocessor control offers a large LCD display, easy-touch control pads for adjusting system settings, self-diagnostics with audible alarms and visual displays for fault conditions, input/output alarm contacts for building system connection, an internal high-lift condensate pump with a 5-gallon reservoir tank, condensate overflow protection, three fan speeds, an auto speed feature adjusting fan speed based on heat load demand (not available on single-speed models), a thermostatic expansion valve, a heavy-duty compressor with automatic restart and short cycle protection, and overload protection for motors and compressors, along with high-pressure safety features.
