This unit has a nominal capacity of 3.5 tons or 42,000 BTU and includes a high-pressure condensate pump, capable of 20' of head pressure, to ensure continuous operation 24/7. It requires access to a circulating water system, such as a cooling tower or chilled water supply, as tap water is not suitable. The unit features a portable design with casters—two swivel with brakes and two rigid—that allows for easy relocation. It eliminates the need for vents and ducting, requiring only hard wiring. The KWIB4221 includes hi-tech microprocessor controls and self-diagnostics along with a long list of standard features not commonly found in other brands.
