The Ashland 5' straight aluminum skatewheel conveyor model 33935 features a 12" overall width (OAW) and 10 wheels per foot (WPF), designed for gravity conveying of lightweight loads with firm flat surfaces such as cartons, totes, and cases. The conveyor is constructed with 1" x 2-1/2" x 1" frames made of 1/8" heat treated aluminum, providing a lighter weight alternative to roller conveyors, ideal for quick temporary setups. It includes quick connecting zinc-plated hook and rod couplers for easy assembly. The skatewheels are 1-15/16" diameter, pre-lubricated aluminum wheels with steel axles on 3" centers, one end threaded with a locking nut. Each wheel has a 75 lb capacity, while the aluminum frame supports evenly distributed non-impact loads of 16 lbs per foot with supports on 10' centers and 150 lbs per foot with supports on 5' centers. Skatewheel sections are measured by the overall width (OAW).
