The Gravity Skatewheel Conveyor is designed to convey lightweight loads with firm flat surfaces such as cartons, totes, and cases. It features a lighter weight compared to roller conveyors, making it suitable for quick temporary setups. The system includes quick connecting hook and rod couplers, and its skatewheels roll freely, enhancing their efficiency for lighter packages. The aluminum conveyors are easier to handle due to their reduced weight, while the galvanized steel conveyors offer greater durability. The assembly includes 1-15/16" diameter, pre-lubricated zinc plated steel wheels. The construction features 1" x 2-1/2" x 1" frames made from 12-gauge galvanized steel. The axles are steel with a diameter on 3" centers, where one end is threaded with a locking nut. The skatewheel sections are measured by the overall width (OAW), and the hook and rod couplers are zinc plated. Wheel capacities are 1-15/16" in diameter with a bore, supporting a load capacity of 75 lbs. The galvanized steel frame has a capacity of 36 lbs. per foot with supports on 10' centers, and 260 lbs. per foot with supports on 5' centers.
