The Gravity Skatewheel Conveyor is designed to convey lightweight loads with firm flat surfaces, such as cartons, totes, and cases. This conveyor is ideal for quick temporary set-ups due to its lighter weight compared to roller conveyors. The system includes quick connecting hook and rod couplers and features skatewheels that roll freely, making them especially suited for transporting lighter packages. Constructed with 1" x 2-1/2" x 1" frames made from 1/8" heat-treated aluminum, the conveyor's axles measure 1/2" in diameter and are spaced on 3" centers, with one end threaded and secured with a locking nut. The wheels are 1-15/16" in diameter and pre-lubricated, having a 75 lb capacity. For aluminum frames, the load capacity is 16 lbs. per foot with supports on 10' centers and 150 lbs. per foot with supports on 5' centers. The hook and rod couplers are zinc plated, and the skatewheel sections are measured by the overall width (OAW).
