The Gravity Skatewheel Conveyor is designed to convey lightweight loads, including cartons, totes, and cases with firm flat surfaces. It is lighter in weight compared to roller conveyors, making it suitable for quick temporary set-ups, and includes quick connecting hook and rod couplers for easy assembly. The skatewheels roll freely, which enhances their efficiency for moving lighter packages, while the aluminum conveyors offer ease of handling due to their reduced weight, and galvanized steel conveyors provide added durability. The conveyor features 1-15/16" diameter, pre-lubricated zinc-plated steel wheels and is constructed with 1" x 2-1/2" x 1" frames made of 12-gauge galvanized steel. The axles, which are 1/2" in diameter, are spaced 3" apart with one end threaded and secured with a locking nut. The skatewheel sections are measured by overall width (OAW). The wheel capacity is 75 lbs, with galvanized steel frame capacities of 36 lbs per foot when supports are placed on 10' centers and 260 lbs per foot when supported on 5' centers.
