The Gravity Skatewheel Conveyor is designed to efficiently convey lightweight loads with firm, flat surfaces such as cartons, totes, and cases. This kit includes quick connecting hook and rod couplers, facilitating rapid assembly and disassembly. It features pre-lubricated, 1-15/16" diameter zinc plated steel wheels that roll freely, making it ideal for lighter packages. The conveyor is available in aluminum construction, which is lighter and easier to handle, or galvanized steel, which offers greater durability. The frames are constructed from 1" x 2-1/2" x 1" 12 gauge galvanized steel, and the axles are made of steel with a diameter designed for 3" centers, where one end is threaded with a locking nut. The overall width (OAW) of the skatewheel sections is noted per line item. The wheel capacity is 75 lbs, while the galvanized steel frame supports evenly distributed non-impact loads of 36 lbs per foot with supports on 10' centers, and 260 lbs per foot with supports on 5' centers.
