The Gravity skatewheel conveyor is designed to convey lightweight loads, such as cartons, totes, and cases, that have firm flat surfaces. This conveyor is lighter than roller conveyors, making it ideal for quick temporary set-ups. It features quick connecting hook and rod couplers, with skatewheels that roll freely, enhancing their suitability for lighter packages. The construction includes 1" x 2-1/2" x 1" frames made from 12 ga galvanized steel, with axles that are 1/2" in diameter positioned on 3" centers, where one end is threaded with a locking nut. The skatewheel sections are measured by their overall width (OAW), and the wheels, which are 1-15/16" in diameter and pre-lubricated, are zinc-plated steel with a capacity of 75 lbs. The galvanized steel frame has load capacities of 36 lbs. per foot with supports on 10' centers and 260 lbs. per foot with supports on 5' centers. The kit includes aluminum conveyors for easier handling and heavier galvanization for durability, along with WPF noted per line item.
