Ashland Conveyor Products offers various models of flow rails equipped with skatewheels, specifically designed for storage flow racks. The skatewheel flow rail features a construction of 1" x 2-1/2" x 1" 12 ga galvanized steel frames. Inline wheels are positioned on 3" centers, while staggered wheels are on 1-1/2" centers. The wheels come with a diameter of 1-15/16" and a bore size, with options for either 75 lb or 100 lb capacity. The FR4 flow rail supports evenly distributed non-impact loads up to 36 lbs. per foot with supports spaced 10' apart and 260 lbs. per foot with supports spaced 5' apart.
