The Yellow Jacket® 60" Red Plus II™ 1/4" Hose with Sealright™ 22660 is a UL recognized assembly (File SA9737) featuring a 1/4" Plus II™ hose that includes a nylon permeation barrier compliant with SAE requirements J2196 for CFC, HCFC, and HFC refrigerants. Its moisture barrier enhances resistance to moisture migration, which can contaminate expensive refrigerants. The hose is rated for a minimum burst pressure of 4000 PSI (276 BAR) and a maximum working pressure of 800 PSI (55 BAR), with an operating temperature range of 20° to 180°F and a minimum bend radius of 6". The low loss anti-blow back Sealright™ fitting effectively traps refrigerant within the hose upon disconnection, aiding compliance with non-venting regulations and minimizing the risk of finger burns. Additionally, the hose features a 45° end for easier installation in confined spaces and gaskets that resist deterioration from existing CFC, HCFC, and HFC refrigerants and oils.
