The Yellow Jacket® 60" Yellow Plus II™ 1/4" Hose with Sealright™ 22060 features 1/4" Plus II™ hoses that are UL recognized assemblies (File SA9737). It includes a nylon permeation barrier that meets SAE requirements J2196 for CFC, HCFC, and HFC refrigerants, along with a moisture barrier that enhances resistance to moisture migration, which can contaminate expensive refrigerant. The hoses are rated for a minimum burst of 4000 PSI (276 BAR) and a maximum working pressure of 800 PSI (55 BAR), with an operating temperature range of 20° to 180°F. The minimum bend radius is 6", and the low loss anti-blow back Sealright™ fitting effectively traps refrigerant in the hose upon disconnection, aiding in compliance with non-venting regulations and preventing finger burns. The 45° end design allows for easy installation in tight areas, and the gaskets are specifically designed to resist deterioration from existing CFC, HCFC, and HFC refrigerants and oils.
