The Yellow Jacket® Titan 4-Valve Manifold 49963 features a lightweight forged aluminum alloy body that ensures ease of handling along with the durability and reliability required for repeated use. This manifold includes a fourth hose to enable connection to hi-/lo-sides, a refrigerant tank, and a recovery unit or vacuum pump, facilitating diagnostics, evacuation, and charging without the need to switch hoses. It has a 3/8" vacuum port designed for use with larger hoses to reduce evacuation time by up to 33%, while all other fittings are 1/4". The large, easy-to-read 3-1/8" steel case gauges come in red and blue with a 1% accuracy (Class 1). Front access allows for easy field recalibration, and a double "O" ring piston enhances reliability and extends service life. An exclusive 100 mesh filter is integrated inline on all flare fittings to keep out particulate material and prolong the life of the seats. The contoured easy-grip handles are color-coded for immediate identification, and a sight glass enables the easy observation of refrigerant movement and condition during charging and recovery. The heavy-duty hook is designed not to pull out. The manifold is also available with 3-1/2" red and blue liquid-filled gauges and has optional protective gauge boots available.
