The Yellow Jacket® Titan 4-valve manifold 49983 features a lightweight forged aluminum alloy body, ensuring both ease of handling and the durability required for repeated use. This manifold includes a fourth hose that enables connection to hi-/lo-sides, a refrigerant tank, and a recovery unit or vacuum pump for diagnostics, evacuation, and charging without the need to switch hoses. It is equipped with a 3/8" vacuum port compatible with larger hoses, which can cut evacuation time by up to 33%, while all other fittings are 1/4". The large, easy-to-read 3-1/8" steel case gauges offer red and blue color coding with a 1% accuracy (Class 1), and feature front access for easy field recalibration. A double "O" ring piston ensures reliability and long service life, while an exclusive 100 mesh filter in-line on all flare fittings helps keep out particulate material, extending the life of the seats. Contoured easy-grip handles provide positive control and are color-coded for quick identification. Additionally, a sight glass allows for easy viewing of refrigerant movement and condition during charging and recovery. The heavy-duty hook is designed to prevent pulling out. The manifold is also available with optional 3-1/2" red and blue liquid-filled gauges and protective gauge boots.
