The Yellow Jacket® 41 Series manifold with 60" ball valve hoses (model 42024) features a forged body constructed from solid brass for enhanced durability, and full porting that maximizes flow capacity. Its sliding double "O" ring pistons are designed to reduce wear, complemented by long-lasting nylon seats. The manifold includes easy-to-read 3-1/8" color-coded gauges housed in rugged steel cases with polycarbonate crystals, offering 1% accuracy (Class 1) for precise readings in critical charge systems, along with color-coded scales for quick reference. The hose assemblies are UL recognized with a burst pressure of 4000 PSI (275 bar) and a working pressure of 800 PSI (55 bar). The product is backed by a limited lifetime warranty on the manifold bar and valves only and is made in the USA.
