The Yellow Jacket® Titan 4-valve manifold features a lightweight 3/8" x 45° 49987 forged aluminum alloy body complemented by 60" RYB hoses, ensuring durability and reliability for repeated use. This manifold includes a fourth hose that facilitates connections to hi-/lo-sides, refrigerant tank, and recovery unit or vacuum pump for efficient diagnostics, evacuation, and charging without the need to switch hoses. It boasts a 3/8" vacuum port designed for use with larger hoses, reducing evacuation time by up to 33%, while all other fittings are 1/4". The large, easy-to-read 3-1/8" steel case gauges offer 1% accuracy (Class 1) and feature front access for convenient field recalibration. Its double "O" ring piston enhances reliability and extends service life, and the exclusive 100 mesh filter in-line on all flare fittings keeps out particulate material, prolonging the life of the seats. The contoured easy-grip handles are color-coded for quick identification, and a sight glass allows users to view refrigerant movement and condition during charging and recovery. The heavy-duty hook is designed to prevent pulling out, and the manifold is also available with 3-1/2" red and blue liquid-filled gauges. Made in the USA, optional protective gauge boots are available.
