The Yellow Jacket® Titan manifold with 60" RYB hoses and 3/8" x 45° (model 49965) features a forged aluminum alloy body, offering a lightweight design for ease of handling while ensuring durability and reliability for repeated use. It includes a fourth hose that allows for connection to high/low sides, a refrigerant tank, and a recovery unit or vacuum pump, facilitating diagnostics, evacuation, and charging without the need to switch hoses. The manifold is equipped with a 3/8" vacuum port that accommodates larger hoses to reduce evacuation time by up to 33%, while all other fittings are 1/4". The large, easy-to-read 3-1/8" steel case gauges, colored red and blue, provide 1% accuracy (Class 1) and feature front access for straightforward field recalibration. A double "O" ring piston ensures reliability and longevity, and an exclusive 100 mesh filter is integrated in-line on all flare fittings to keep out particulate material, thereby extending the life of the seats. Contoured easy-grip handles offer positive control and are color-coded for quick identification. Additionally, a sight glass allows for easy monitoring of refrigerant movement and condition during charging and recovery, while the heavy-duty hook is designed not to pull out. This unit is made in the USA and has an option for protective gauge boots.
