The kit is designed for 1-1/2 hour "B" label wall installations and offers a 1 hour rating for combustible ceilings and a 3 hour rating for non-combustible ceilings. It features a self-closing door equipped with a slam lock for enhanced security. The frame and trim are constructed from 16 gauge steel and include a 1" flange, while the door is made from 20 gauge steel with 2" insulation and a continuous hinge for durability. Additionally, it includes a welded-on masonry anchor to ensure stability and secure installation.
