The kit is designed for 1-1/2 hour "B" label wall installation and 1 hour combustible ceiling installation. It includes a self-closing door with a slam lock for added security. The frame and trim are constructed from 16 gauge steel with a 1" flange, while the door is made of 20 gauge steel featuring 2" insulation and a continuous hinge for durability. Additionally, it comes with a welded-on masonry anchor for secure installation.
