The kit includes a self-closing door with a slam lock, designed for 1-1/2 hour "B" label wall installation and 1 hour combustible/3 hour non-combustible ceiling installation. It features a frame and trim made of 16 gauge steel with a 1" flange, while the door is constructed from 20 gauge steel and is insulated with 2" insulation on a continuous hinge. Additionally, it comes with a welded-on masonry anchor for secure installation.
