The Fancort Industries RA-18HT Rack-All model RA-18HT PCB rack is an economical, non-ESD, very high-temperature rack that requires no adjustment for handling clinched, soldered, or bare boards. It features dimensions of 6" x 18" and weighs 0.5 lb. The rack includes 25 slots with parallel sides for more rigid holding, measuring 0.125" x 0.300" on a 0.625" pitch. This high-temperature conductive model is designed for bare board processing and can tolerate acids, alkaline, and solvents, made from black very high temp polysulfone with a maximum temperature of 275°F. The rack is lightweight, economical, and ruggedly designed with cross ribbing to maintain flatness, allowing it to hold boards with components as close as 0.150" from the edges.
