The Fancort Karry-All Model 80 adjustable conductive PCB rack is designed to securely hold boards on two opposite sides for maximum protection during transport and storage, accommodating both horizontal and vertical orientations. The kit includes adjustable racks with three different models, each featuring a specific injection-molded card guide suitable for small, medium, large, very large, and hard-to-hold boards. These card guides are made from tough, reinforced conductive material that complies with MIL Spec #B-81705-B for static discharge and can withstand solvents and temperatures up to 185°F. The standard rack has 75 numbered slots measuring 0.110" W x 0.155" D on a 0.210" pitch, with easy board insertion facilitated by offset ribs. To prevent flexing, steel stiffeners and molded ribbing are incorporated into the design. The standard card guides are 12.5" deep, with optional guides available in 18" or 24", designated as P/N 80-18-18. An optional carrying handle is also available under P/N KAH-2.
