The Fancort Industries B0108GN BG Series adjustable magazine rack is designed for use with in-line automation, incorporating several technical features for optimal performance. It includes a fast and simple gear adjusting card guide that maintains parallelism and ensures accurate setup, along with an aluminum top and bottom for durability. The design eliminates flexing of card guides through steel reinforcing supports and molded ribs. The standard ABS model (N) tolerates temperatures up to 60°C, with optional models available for higher temperatures, including 120°C (M) and 200°C (H). The surface resistivity is measured at 10-4 to 10-6 ohm/cm, and the rack features a removable end stop along with carrying handles positioned on both the top and bottom for easy transport.
