Exair's Soft Grip Safety Air Gun is designed for prolonged use without inducing fatigue, featuring an ergonomic design that maintains a comfortable hand position and a large trigger allowing for operation with one or multiple fingers. Constructed with a durable cast aluminum body, this air gun is suitable for robust industrial applications and includes a convenient hanger hook for easy storage. The product can be customized with aluminum, stainless steel, or PEEK plastic nozzles to accommodate specific application needs, and aluminum extension pipes are available to access challenging areas. Additionally, Exair's engineered air nozzles and polycarbonate chip shields are designed to comply with OSHA standard 1910.242(b), ensuring that compressed air is not used for cleaning unless reduced to below 30 PSIG, and coupled with effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment. These nozzles also help to lower noise levels to adhere to OSHA standard CFR 1910.95(a), which mandates protection against noise exposure when sound levels exceed the limits specified in Table G-16, measured on the A scale of a standard sound level meter at slow response.
