The EGP-1 model utilizes opaque lighting with low current draw, offering multiple candela output options of 15, 30, 75, 17, and 95-177 candela. The devices are configurable for high or low dB horn settings, with options for either temporal or steady horn sounds, and a flash rate that can be set to public mode or private mode temporal flash. Designed to blend seamlessly with any building environment, the Edwards Genesis horn/strobes feature an exclusive mask-and-cavity design that channels and conditions light for a highly controllable distribution pattern, employing FullLight technology for enhanced strobe performance. The EG1-HDVM series horn/strobes provide a selectable candela output of 15 to 17, while the EG1-HDVMH series offers 95 to 177 candela output, with settings that remain visible post-installation but secure against unauthorized access. The horn reaches 99 dB and employs a unique multiple frequency tone for effective warning signals. Configurable for coded or non-coded signal circuits, these devices allow a jumper cut to lower dB output by 5 dB if needed. When paired with the Cat. No. EG1M signal master, strobe synchronization occurs within 7 milliseconds across devices on the same circuit, and the signal master facilitates independent horn control over a single pair of wires. There is no separate backbox required, enabling a simple snap installation.
