The Edwards RPM reverse polarity module serves as an interface between FireShield and a reverse polarity receiver, facilitating off-premises signal transmission to meet NFPA compliance requirements. This module can function as either a reverse polarity remote station or a central station transmitter, accommodating connections to a single circuit for alarm, or alarm and trouble signals, or to up to three circuits for alarm, supervisory, and trouble signals. It is essential that the RPM is mounted in an MFC-A enclosure, positioned immediately adjacent to the panel and within a conduit.
