Rust-Oleum 9800 System 340 VOC DTM Urethane Mastic Safety Yellow 9844419 is a high solids, high-build, direct-to-metal (DTM) acrylic urethane designed to provide exceptional corrosion protection and long-lasting appearance in aggressive environments. This self-priming formula offers excellent adhesion and coverage in a single coat, delivering an extremely durable finish that maintains superior color and gloss retention compared to other DTM urethanes. It can cure at low temperatures down to 32° F (0° C) and features excellent sag resistance, allowing it to be applied at high-film builds with a recommended dry film thickness (DFT) of 3-5 mils. The coating is available in a safety yellow finish, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
