Made in the U.S.A., the "NY-LEV" nylon base machinery mounts offer a practical and economical solution for leveling and height adjustment needs. Each mount features a tapped socket that swivels freely 15° in all directions, with the socket manufactured from hex bar stock, ensuring it remains securely attached to the nylon base and does not separate beyond the swivel point. An optional pad enhances performance by providing non-skid, noise, and vibration reduction capabilities. The unique solid squared pattern on the pad contributes to a more effective non-skid surface while resisting many organic acids, most chemicals, alkalines, salt, water, and corrosion. To determine the appropriate mount size, it is advised to divide the machine weight by the number of mounts needed for a correct load calculation per mount. Maximum load ratings for leveling mounts utilizing the elastomer pad are calculated based on 40% distortion of the elastomer pad, ensuring compliance with appropriate application requirements.
