Made in the U.S.A., the "NY-LEV" nylon base machinery mounts are designed for quality and economical leveling and height adjustment. Each mount features a tapped socket that swivels freely 15° in all directions, and the hex bar stock construction prevents separation of the socket from the nylon base when reaching its swivel limit. An optional pad can be added for non-skid performance, as well as noise and vibration reduction, with a unique solid squared pattern on the pad that enhances its non-skid properties. The pad is engineered to resist many organic acids, most chemicals, alkalis, salt, water, and corrosion. To determine the appropriate size for the leveling mount, the machine weight should be divided by the number of mounts required, yielding the pounds or load per mount. The maximum load ratings for leveling mounts equipped with the elastomer pad are calculated based on a 40% distortion to the elastomer pad, ensuring the correct application requirements when using the base with the non-skid elastomer pad.
