The kit includes an oil-free air system that supplies clean, oil-free air without contaminants, unlike traditional compressors, vacuum pumps, and blowers. It features energy efficiency, as it avoids the energy waste typically associated with higher pressures and flows required by conventional systems. The unit is virtually maintenance-free due to fewer moving parts, resulting in extended longevity compared to typical vacuum pumps and compressors. It operates at low acoustical noise levels, ranging from 51 to 81 dB, making it quieter than its traditional counterparts. Designed for rugged industrial duty, these regenerative and centrifugal blowers are built to run continuously, 24/7. Their compact design, lightweight and corrosion-resistant materials, including cast aluminum alloy for impellers, housings, and mounting bases, enhance durability and strength. Standard 50/60 Hz motors provide a wide voltage range, while built-in thermal protectors offer overload protection. The blowers include double shielded stainless steel sealed bearings and high-quality shaft oil seals to protect against air contamination. Anodizing for additional corrosion resistance is available, and retrofit bases and flanges can be provided to meet varying dimensional requirements. The motor shaft-mounted impeller or direct drive technology eliminates the need for belts, couplings, and gears, while tighter tolerances between the impellers and housings increase flow and pressure efficiency. Additionally, optional accessories such as pressure gauges, pressure filter canisters, vacuum filter canisters, relief valves, check valves, silencers, vacuum filter elements, and pressure filter elements are sold separately. The system is CUL/CSA certified.
