Clear TPX® (polymethylpentene) cylinders are designed with non-wetting properties to prevent a concave meniscus, ensuring that the raised numeral, single scale graduations are easy to read. These shatter-proof cylinders feature a wide octagonal base that enhances stability and prevents tipping and rolling. They offer superior chemical resistance and are safe for use up to 175°C (350°F), making them a reliable choice for various applications. Additionally, they are steam autoclavable at 121°C (250°F) and are constructed from TPX® brand PMP, which allows for easy viewing of contents.
