The rack is a great alternative to wire racks, providing price and space-saving advantages over other plastic racks. Made from a special blend of autoclaveable polypropylene, the racks are designed to sink in a water bath and maintain stability even in agitated water, making them suitable for both water bath and lab use. They are available in various hole sizes and three colors for safety and identification. Each rack includes end plates for labeling, with numbered and lettered rows for tube identification. Interlocking feet allow for easy stacking of the racks for storage. The dimensions for all racks are 24.6 x 10.4 x 6.4 cm high (9.7 x 4.1 x 2.5 inches), and they can be assembled in seconds. They are steam autoclaveable at 121°C (250°F).
