The lab racks are an excellent alternative to wire racks, offering price and space-saving advantages over other plastic racks. Constructed from a special blend of autoclavable polypropylene, these racks can sink in a water bath and maintain stability even in agitated water, making them suitable for both water bath and external use. They are available in various hole sizes and come in three colors for safety and identification. Each rack features end plates for labeling and includes numbered and lettered rows for tube identification. Interlocking feet facilitate the stacking of racks for efficient storage. The dimensions of all racks are 24.6 x 10.4 x 6.4 cm high (9.7 x 4.1 x 2.5"), and the assembly is quick, taking only seconds. They are also steam autoclavable at 121°C (250°F).
