The Baldor-Reliance Constant Velocity Blower Cooling Conversion Kit, BLWM10-F, is designed for 3-phase motors operating at 230/380/460V with frame sizes 284TC-286TC. This kit effectively converts Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated (TENV) or Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) AC motors into a Totally Enclosed Blower Cooled (TEBC) design, providing continuous cooling irrespective of the motor shaft speed. Installation involves mounting the kit on the back of the motor after the removal of the fan guard and fan, and it is noteworthy that the TEFC fan shaft does not need to be removed during this process. However, it is important to note that the kit is not compatible with Athens-built 180-440 M, CP, or ECP motors.
