The Baldor-Reliance Constant Velocity Blower Cooling Conversion Kit, model BLWM14-F, is designed for 3-phase motors operating at 230/380/460V, specifically for 364TC-365TC frames. This kit effectively converts TENV or TEFC AC motors to a totally enclosed blower cooled (TEBC) design, which is ideal for applications where continuous cooling is essential, independent of the motor shaft speed. Installation involves mounting the kit on the back of the motor after the fan guard and fan are removed; it should be noted that the removal of the TEFC fan shaft is not necessary. However, this kit is not compatible with Athens-built 180-440 M, CP, or ECP motors. The package includes all necessary components for conversion, ensuring compliance with industry standards for performance and safety.
