The Precision Brand® Tool Black® Liquid Kit offers a fast and inexpensive alternative to Black Oxide, providing a tough, dull black protective finish to ferrous metal parts, making it ideal for prototypes, repair parts, and general machine work. This liquid solution is specifically designed for small immersible parts and should be applied at room temperature as a cold application. The kit includes one pint each of Tool Black® Liquid, Prevent®, and Metal Polish/Cleanser, with one pint of Tool Black® Liquid covering 25 to 38 square feet, although coverage may vary depending on the application technique. It is important to note that Tool Black® products cannot be shipped via air transportation.
