The Bilco® Non-Drainage Angle Frame K-1 is a single leaf floor access door constructed from aluminum, measuring 24"L x 24"W, designed for both interior and exterior applications where water or liquid infiltration is not a concern. This Type K floor access door features aluminum construction with 150 PSF reinforcing for pedestrian applications and is engineered with lift assistance for smooth one-hand operation. It is available in various standard single leaf and double leaf (Type KD) sizes, with the cover reinforced to support 150 PSF loading. Additionally, torsion rods are incorporated to counterbalance the cover, facilitating an easy opening process.
