The Bilco® non-drainage angle frame K-2 is a single leaf aluminum access door measuring 30"L x 30"W, designed for both interior use and exterior applications where water or liquid infiltration is not a concern. This Type K floor access door features durable aluminum construction and is reinforced for 150 PSF loading, making it suitable for pedestrian applications. It includes engineered lift assistance that allows for easy one-hand operation, and the cover is reinforced accordingly. Additionally, the door is equipped with torsion rods that counterbalance the cover, ensuring a smooth and easy opening.
