The Bilco® Non-Drainage Angle Frame K-4 is a single leaf access door made of aluminum, with dimensions of 36" L x 36" W, designed primarily for interior use or exterior applications where water or liquid infiltration is not a concern. This Type K floor access door features aluminum construction and is reinforced to support 150 PSF for pedestrian applications. It includes engineered lift assistance for easy one-hand operation and is available in various standard sizes for single leaf and double leaf (Type KD) configurations. The cover is reinforced for 150 PSF loading, and torsion rods are integrated to counterbalance the cover, ensuring smooth and effortless operation with a single hand.
