The Bilco® Non-Drainage Angle Frame K-3 is a single leaf, aluminum access door designed for both interior and exterior applications where water or liquid infiltration is not a concern. It measures 30"L x 36"W and features aluminum construction with a 150 PSF reinforcing for pedestrian applications. The door is equipped with engineered lift assistance for effortless one-hand operation and is available in various standard single leaf and double leaf (Type KD) sizes. The cover is reinforced for 150 PSF loading, and torsion rods are included to counterbalance the cover, ensuring smooth and easy operation. The door opening dimensions are 1'11-3/4" x 2'5-3/4".
