The Winter Liner FR Shoulder is a flame-resistant hard hat liner designed for cold environments. It features two layers of insulation made of 60 percent modacrylic and 40 percent cotton twill for warmth and protection. The liner meets ASTM F1506 and NFPA 70E standards for arc flash prevention. It fits comfortably under a hard hat with minimal bulk, secured by hook-and-loop closures and buttons for stability. The liner includes a zip-off cap to convert into a skull cap and small pockets for hand warmers. It provides head and neck coverage for harsh conditions.
