The Omni Metalcraft Power Belt Conveyor is a complete handling solution designed for various applications, including assembly, sorting, and inspection within your facility. The conveyor features a 3-1/2" D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed topped with a black friction surface PVC belt. It includes adjustable leg supports that can raise from 34" to 38" in height for operational convenience. The conveyor operates at a standard belt speed of 60 feet per minute (FPM) and is powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase motor, complemented by an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, 1.9" diameter return rollers, and pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. The conveyor can be customized with optional upgrades such as a variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) and increased horsepower to enhance capacity. The load capacity is uniformly distributed over length, with specifications that include a standard 1/2 HP option supporting 250 lbs on a 12" wide belt and 160 lbs on a 20" - 24" wide belt, while optional horsepower upgrades allow for capacities of 500 lbs with a 3/4 HP motor and up to 740 lbs with a 1 HP motor.
