The Omni Metalcraft power belt conveyor is shipped complete with controls and is designed for versatile handling of various products within a facility, making it ideal for applications in assembly, sorting, and inspection. It features a 3-1/2" deep x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt. The conveyor includes permanent adjustable leg supports that can be adjusted from 34" to 38" high, ensuring convenience during installation. It operates at a standard belt speed of 60 feet per minute (FPM) in a non-reversing mode and is powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 horsepower, 115/230V, 60 Hz single phase motor. The unit comes equipped with an 8-foot power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, and 1.9" diameter return rollers, as well as pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Reversible conveyors and replacement parts are available upon request. An optional variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) allows for increased flexibility, and an optional horsepower upgrade can be selected to enhance capacity. The load capacity is as follows: for a 12" wide belt, the standard 1/2 HP motor supports 250 lbs. uniformly distributed, while the optional 3/4 HP supports 500 lbs. and the 1 HP supports 740 lbs. For a 20" - 24" wide belt, the standard 1/2 HP motor supports 160 lbs., with the optional 3/4 HP supporting 390 lbs. and the 1 HP supporting 490 lbs.
