The Omni Metalcraft power belt conveyor is shipped complete with controls and is designed as a versatile solution for handling various products throughout your facility, making it ideal for assembly, sorting, and inspection applications. The conveyor features a 3-1/2"D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt. It includes permanent adjustable leg supports that can be adjusted from 34" to 38" in height for convenience. The standard belt speed is 60 feet per minute and is non-reversing, powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single phase motor, which comes with an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. The key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, 1.9" diameter return rollers, and pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Optional upgrades include a variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) for increased flexibility and a horsepower upgrade to enhance capacity. The load capacity for uniformly distributed weight over the length is as follows: for the standard 1/2 HP, the 12"W belt has a load capacity of 250 lbs and the 20"-24"W belt has a load capacity of 160 lbs; for the optional 3/4 HP, the capacity is 500 lbs for the 12"W belt and 390 lbs for the 20"-24"W belt; and for the optional 1 HP, the load capacity is 740 lbs. The conveyor complies with relevant safety certifications and standards.
