Omni Metalcraft power belt conveyor is shipped complete, including controls, and provides a versatile means of handling a variety of products throughout your facility, making it ideal for assembly, sorting, and inspection tasks. The conveyor features a 3-1/2" D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt, and it includes permanent adjustable leg supports that can be adjusted from 34" to 38" H for added convenience. It operates at a standard speed of 60 FPM with a non-reversing belt. The system is powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase motor, complete with an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, and 1.9" diameter return rollers, all utilizing pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Reversible conveyors and replacement parts are available upon request. An optional variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) and optional horsepower upgrades are also available to increase capacity. The load capacity is measured in pounds uniformly distributed over length, with horsepower specifications as follows: for a 12" W belt, the standard is 1/2 HP with a capacity of 250 lbs, 3/4 HP (optional) with a capacity of 500 lbs, and 1 HP (optional) with a capacity of 740 lbs; for a 20" - 24" W belt, the standard is 1/2 HP with a capacity of 160 lbs, 3/4 HP (optional) with a capacity of 390 lbs.
