The Omni Metalcraft Power Belt Conveyor is shipped complete with controls and is a versatile solution for handling a variety of products throughout your facility, making it ideal for applications such as assembly, sorting, and inspection. The conveyor features a 3-1/2"D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed equipped with a black friction surface PVC belt. It includes permanent adjustable leg supports that can be modified from 34" to 38" high for convenience. The standard belt operates at a speed of 60 feet per minute (FPM) and is powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP motor, which operates at 115/230V, 60 Hz, single-phase power. The conveyor is also supplied with an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, 1.9" diameter return rollers, and pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. The load capacity is specified as pounds uniformly distributed over length, with options for horsepower upgrades available to increase capacity. The standard and optional horsepower configurations include a 1/2 HP motor supporting load capacities of 250 lbs for a 12"W belt and 160 lbs for a 20" - 24"W belt; a 3/4 HP motor which supports 500 lbs for a 12"W belt and 390 lbs for a 20" - 24"W belt; and a 1 HP motor capable of supporting 740 lbs. Reversible conveyors and replacement parts are also available upon request.
